Cape Town Youth Cadets,a non-profit organization was founded in June 2019 in Cafda, Cape Town by a group of community parents. These parents were brought together by a common belief that many youth in their community lacked meaningful academic and career guidance,discipline,life lessons and respect,Determined to make a difference,they convened a series of community meetings attended by more than 50 concerned parents of the community and surrounds.With initial financial commitments from community members ,a decision was made and Cape Town Youth Cadets was established, Since opening its doors, Cape Town Youth Cadets has made great strides that involved the media,school districts and other youth serving individuals and organisations within the community.
